Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your piece to you as quickly as possible. The majority of orders are fulfilled and handed to our shipping carrier within 6 hours of purchase, Monday through Saturday.

Please note that most deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.

We ship throughout the United States via insured, tracked carriers. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value.

We are happy to ship to clients worldwide. International shipping is handled on a per-order basis — once you place your order, our team will prepare a personalised shipping quote based on your location and the nature of the piece.

We will contact you directly via email with full details including cost, estimated transit time, and any applicable customs or import duties. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Due to the delicate nature, substantial size, and varying weights of these pieces, standard shipping rates do not apply. All oversized and fragile items require an individual freight quote — this applies to both US and international clients.

Once you complete your purchase online, our team will reach out directly with a tailored freight quote. Specialised crating, white-glove delivery, and installation services are available on request.

Every piece is carefully prepared for transit by our team. Sculptures and fragile works are individually wrapped, cushioned, and double-boxed using archival-quality materials designed to protect the integrity of the piece during shipping.

Furniture and large items are padded, wrapped, and secured on pallets where appropriate. For exceptionally fragile or valuable pieces, custom wooden crating is used at no additional charge.

We take the same care in packaging as we do in curating — your piece should arrive exactly as it left us.

All shipments are fully insured for their purchase value. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) so we can initiate a claim on your behalf.

To process a damage claim, please retain all original packaging materials and provide photographic documentation of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and ensure you are made whole.
